Peterson Street Vacant House Fire
BUFFALO, NY - The Buffalo Fire Department was busy Monday morning fighting a fire in a vacant Peterson Street house.
Crews were called to 22 Peterson Street around 5:25 a.m.
The fire appears to have started on the second floor. It then spread into the home's attic.
The Buffalo Fire Alarm office had no reports of firefighters being hurt when 2 On Your Side's Jim Herr talked with them at 6 a.m.
Damage from the fire has been estimated at $20,000.
The fire is under investigation.
