Frizz out that hair and dig out your leg warmers – it’s time to revisit the 1980s.

The fourth annual Buffalo’s Biggest '80s Bash will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight Saturday, July 23, at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in downtown Buffalo.

The evening will feature guest appearances by '80s celebrities, including Alfonso Ribeiro.  Costume contests, a “Footloose” dance contest, music, arcade games and more will round out the entertainment.

“Also, we have the '80s movie cars the Bluesmobile, the Cobra Mustang from Charlie's Angels, Herbie the Lovebug and the Madd Max Car,” Bash organizer Keith Wilson said.

Tickets are $25 for general admission and $100 for VIP, which includes a dinner buffet, meet-and-greet sessions with celebrities, a private party area and three-hour open bar. After the Bash, attendees will receive their cover charge free at Club W, 199 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, with their ticket stub.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.

Wilson said that Western New Yorkers look forward to the Bash each year.

“They love getting dressed up and capturing a period of time when they young; 80s music is a blast to dance to, and most people love an excuse to get dressed up,” he said.

For more information, visit the '80s Bash website. Those joining the Bash’s Facebook fan page also will have a chance to win tickets.
